d5ddcdc1fc ue5.8: set EngineVersion 5.8.0 (compiles unchanged against UE 5.8) 
Verified the plugin builds clean with UE 5.8 (BuildSettingsVersion.V7) - no
code changes required vs the 5.7 branch.
